Handcrafted in Croix-des-Bouquets, Haiti from natural ox horn and wood. A wide amber and ivory horn blade with a V-notch top edge — the classic cheese knife design for soft and semi-soft cheeses — paired with a tight alternating black horn and wood striped handle. 11" long, 4" wide.
